If you are a MATA member and are having problems logging in:
- Make sure you are using your email address to login and not your previous username. - Clear your cookies from the browser you are using. - Make sure CAPS LOCK is not on. - Check the spelling of your email address and password. - Tried all of this and still having problems? No problem, simply click the "Contact" link and send us an email with your full name and email address and we would be happy to send you your information. If you continue to have problems, someone from our customer service department would be happy to call you and help you through the process. Special Note:If you signed up on MartialArtsTeachers.com between December 15, 2009 and January 14, 2010, you may not be in our system on the new MartialArtsSchoolOwners.com. Our system crashed on us before it updated our database and we are working to recover all necessary information. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working diligently to resolve the matter. In the meantime, please contact us with the email address used to sign-up for the plan, which plan you chose, the card type and last 4 used to sign up, and the date on which you signed up. This will help us expedite the process. Again, we are very sorry for any problems this has caused and we are working hard to correct the problem.
